Najat El-Ayi Badriyeh
Founder
Najat Badriyeh is the owner of Naprotek which was established in 1995. Born in Lebanon, she immigrated to the US at a young age and joined the electronic industry in the early 80s. Najat considers it an auspicious timing as it allowed her to witness and participate in the electronic revolution. She quickly showed leadership and managerial qualities and acquired management positions in Silicon Valley Companies like Best Labs, Diasonics, SCI, and Fine Pitch Technology. Najat’s experience in startup companies and her success in developing and improving SMT processes proved to be significant assets in building and developing her own business.
Daniel Everitt
CEO
Daniel brings over 25 years of experience in Design and Manufacturing in the regulated markets and has held progressive roles throughout his career in a combination of OEM and EMS companies. Most recently Daniel was Vice President of Benchmark Lark Technology and was charged with building a state of the art vertically integrated RF design, fabrication, and assembly and test center in Phoenix Arizona. Previously Daniel held various executive and senior management roles at Ducommun, Veridiam, and Cobham Advanced Electronics Solutions. Finally, Daniel is a decorated veteran of the US Navy where he served honorably for nearly a decade with multiple assignments and deployments abroad.
Larry Morrissey
Senior Vice President / Operations General Manager
Larry came to Naprotek with over 30 years experience in Supply Chain, Materials, and Management at Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, Larry was in charge of the X86 Server builds for Oracle, managing an international staff and EMS partners for Oracle. Prior to that, Larry worked at world-class companies including Cisco, Apple, General Electric, Pillar Data, and Hewlett Packard. Larry has continued to refine his skills in Supply Chain and Operations, and maintains constant focus on continual, operational improvement.
Andrew Dalisa
Vice President of Operations
For more than 25 years, Mr. Dalisa has worked in operations with broad experience in supply chain, manufacturing, new product introduction, software development and automation. For the last 10 years Andrew ran supply chain, production and quality for tier 3 EMS providers. He was responsible for bringing deep analytics to EMS providers and as a result doubled revenue year over year and stretched profit margins by 2X while increasing inventory turns, quality and customer satisfaction. He has demonstrated the ability to provide viable solutions to operational challenges by conducting root cause analysis and integrating improvements throughout all processes and department.
Fida Mustafa
Director of Program Management
Fida has worked in the electronics industry since 1989 and has a wealth of experience in contract manufacturing, materials and supply chain management. She began her career in electronics with Best Labs and then Fine Pitch. She joined Naprotek in 1995 and was promoted to Material Control Manager in 2011. She is also a certified AS9100 Internal Auditor. She received a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from San Jose State University.
Daniel Raddler
Director of Engineering
Dan Radler grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, during the time of the technological revolution. His childhood in the Silicon Valley surrounded him with transformative technology, with in-class robots like TOPO in elementary. Innovation was not a lifestyle choice, but a way of life. Studying electronics and semi-conductor manufacturing at San Jose University was a natural progression. While studying during the day, he worked as a process engineer in the evening at Solectron, a large EMS company. To further his knowledge and foundation in manufacturing, he completed his Six Sigma training at the Motorola University. Dan believes that sharing knowledge is key to growth as individuals and as a society. So, to share his passion for manufacturing, he volunteered to conduct tours of the semiconductor manufacturing process at the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose and was certified as IPC-610 & J-STD-001+Space trainer. His contributions to the electronic manufacturing industry include work with medical OEM, contract Manufacturing and start-ups. Projects on life support systems, manned space flight and with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) – Perseverance Rover, helped to fuel his commitment to Engineering and Quality excellence
Arlis Greco
Quality Manager
Arlis brings over 30 years of extensive experience in quality and manufacturing supporting the manufacture of RF components, assemblies, subassemblies, and systems for military and commercial customers. She has 16 years of ISO 9001-related experience as an Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor. She successfully prepared Naprotek for AS9100C certification. Arlis holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan and is certified to J-STD-001, IPC 600, IPC610. She is also a certified internal auditor for AS9100 and ISO13485. Her prior work experience includes Four Phase Systems, Litton Guidance and Control, Applied Technology and ITT.
