Najat Badriyeh is the owner of Naprotek, Inc., a Women Owned Business which was established in 1995. Born in Lebanon, she immigrated to the US at young age and joined the electronic industry in the early 80s. Najat considers it an auspicious timing as it allowed her to witness and participate in the electronic revolution. She quickly showed leadership and managerial qualities and acquired management positions in Silicon Valley Companies like Best Labs, Diasonics, SCI and Fine Pitch Technology. Najat’s experience in startup companies and her success in developing and improving SMT processes proved to be significant assets in building and developing her own business.
Vice President of Operations
Larry came to Naprotek with over 30 years experience in Supply Chain, Materials, and Management at Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, Larry was in charge of the X86 Server builds for Oracle, managing an international staff and EMS partners for Oracle. Prior to that, Larry worked at world-class companies including Cisco, Apple, General Electric, Pillar Data, and Hewlett Packard. Larry has continued to refine his skills in Supply Chain and Operations, and maintains constant focus on continual, operational improvement.
Director Of Strategic Development
Jayne joins Naprotek with over 20 years of Business Development experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. With a diversified Sales, Marketing and Management background, including key positions at Flextronics, Samina, and Solectron, Jayne brings a breath of experience and best practices. Jayne maintains a passion for developing viable customer solutions and long term customer relationships. She received her BSBM from U o P.
Amy Yin Chen
Director Of Engineering and Manufacturing
Amy has 20 years of experience in engineering and 12 years in manufacturing. She was earlier associated with Solectron and Fine Pitch. Amy joined Naprotek in 1997. She received BSEE and MSEE degrees from South Dakota State University.
Director of Quality
James Lim has been actively involved in high technology companies in Silicon Valley, California for over 25 years. His experience includes serving as Quality & Reliability Manager for Actel Corporation and senior quality management positions at Digidesign and OmniVision Technologies. He has been involved in supporting quality initiatives for a variety of industries including automatic test equipment, defense electronics, space, automotive, computers, telecommunications, professional audio equipment, medical devices, image sensors, graphics, core logic chipsets, programmable devices, semiconductors, components and test services. James is known globally as an expert in recognizing and solving complex quality, operational and management difficulties. James holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA degree in High Technology Management. He is the author of “Total Business Management – Practices for the Twenty-First Century,” which was published in 2009.
Purchasing and Materials Manager
Fida has worked in the electronics industry since 1989 and has a wealth of experience in contract manufacturing, materials and supply chain management. She began her career in electronics with Best Labs and then Fine Pitch. She joined Naprotek in 1995 and was promoted to Material Control Manager in 2011. She is also a certified AS9100 Internal Auditor. She received a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from San Jose State University.
Arlis brings over 30 years of extensive experience in quality and manufacturing supporting the manufacture of RF components, assemblies, subassemblies, and systems for military and commercial customers. She has 16 years of ISO 9001-related experience as an Internal Auditor and Lead Auditor. She successfully prepared Naprotek for AS9100C certification. Arlis holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan and is certified to J-STD-001, IPC 600, IPC610. She is also a certified internal auditor for AS9100 and ISO13485. Her prior work experience includes Four Phase Systems, Litton Guidance and Control, Applied Technology and ITT.
