Tim Filteau

Chief Operating Officer

Tim Filteau is the COO of Naprotek Holdings, Inc. and portfolio companies Naprotek, LLC, NexLogic Technology Inc., and SemiGen, Inc.. Tim is responsible for SemiGen’s revenue growth within the Defense, SATCOM, and Advanced Technology segments, and for refining the RF/Microwave product and service capabilities required to meet the unique needs of customers within these markets. 

Leading a cross functional team of high performers, he is a purpose-driven leader who believes in building strong teams and empowering people. Married with two children, Tim enjoys coaching youth soccer, golfing, and spending time on the coast of Maine with family and friends.
