Chief Financial Officer

Mike serves as the CFO of Naprotek Holdings, Inc. and portfolio companies Naprotek, LLC, NexLogic Technology Inc., and SemiGen, Inc. He leads the company’s finance, accounting, compliance, and information technology teams and is focused on driving profitability, productivity, and business continuity.

He is responsible for enterprise accounting across the Naprotek companies including financial controls, processes, and procedures.

Mike is an avid boater and enjoys time on the water with his family fishing and exploring the lakes and coastal waterways of Maine.
