Tim Filteau is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Naprotek Holdings, Inc. and its portfolio companies Naprotek, LLC, NexLogic Technology Inc., and SemiGen, Inc. In his role as CEO, Tim leads the organization’s strategic vision and growth initiatives, guiding Naprotek through its next chapter of innovation and transformation. He is focused on strengthening customer partnerships, expanding advanced manufacturing capabilities, and driving operational excellence across the enterprise. 

His leadership has been defined by building high‑performing teams, empowering people, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Married with two children, he enjoys golfing, pickleball, and spending time on the coast of Maine with family and friends.
