Buyer

Minimum 3 years experience in New Product Purchasing and Commodity Purchasing. Must be able to deal with a continuous process change environment.

Buyer is responsible for complete BOM, per project, and must ensure kit completion to meet customer build schedules.

Program Manager

Must have at least 4 years of experience in a similar environment. Must be able to problem solve and work with minimal supervision. BA degree or equivalent preferred. Must be able to coordinate and drive all necessary activities with the company to produce contracted product or service to customer specifications, ECO requirements, and schedule commitment. Interact with internal departments as required throughout the project cycle from quoting, procurement, inventory control, scheduling, engineering, manufacturing and act as primary customer interface to insure project completion per contract.

Major functions are to maintain current status on customer requirements for existing products. Review quotes for accuracy and completeness: coordinate customer inquires and interface with all departments within the company. Review master schedule, establish priorities and revise schedules according to process specifications and parts availability. Provide information for and participate in master schedule and purchasing review meetings. Coordinate results with sales, manufacturing, shipping, and customers.

Excellent communications skills (verbal & written), attention to detail, analytical, and good computer skills.
